I like the whole hotel, the interior of the hotel and its location

Really lovely hotel in a prime but noisy location

We were really impressed with the hotel for the price! It was a very clean, large & modern room.

My only ‘complaint’ is due to the location it was extremely noisy in the early hours of the morning, presumably from patrons leaving the pubs/restaurants downstairs. We were able to still get back to sleep each time but would have liked to have been a bit prepared for that!

Super stay in very nice hotel in great location

Excellent location; comfortable modern lounge area, great staff, freedom to walk through the World Trade Centre to admire artworks and to dine at Jules. Bedroom was nicely appointed and bed very comfortable. Liked the street view from window. Liked the images of a real fire displayed on the TV in the lounge area. I might copy the idea for myself as it created a cosy yet modern feeling.

Hard to control the bedroom temperature. so room was a bit cool. Not much room between the foot of the bed and the wall, otherwise furniture very well laid out

Location is really good, rooms are really nice, bed really comfy.

Breakfast is sad for the price and that you have to walk to the other side of the building for it is a bit annoying. Everywhere smelled like weed and every evening the entrance was crowded with shady people smoking and drinking….

Perfect stay, highly reccomend

Great location, Big and clean room, nice interior, friendly staff, very easy check in process

Windows did not stop all the noise (car alarms or such) however these weren’t noticed when the TV was on.

Very well situated modern hotel. No noice from the street coming through the well insulated windows. Pleasant staff

Breakfast is in another business and they were building up a fair so the walk (it's inside the same building but other side of the block) to this café was not very pleasant.

Great location, especially as I was attending a dinner in the WTC.

having to walk through conference attendees queueing to register to get to breakfast (which was on the opposite side of the WTC to where the bedrooms are situated).

1. good location: it's 10 minutes away from the train station and 20 minutes away from the waterbus stop Erasmusbrug 2. the room had a kettle and a fridge. Also - a TV in the bathroom mirror, which is fun but not very useful

1. the noise from outside: there are several cafes on the street that play loud music till 23:00-24:00. Closed windows do not help. 2. the LED doorbell control is too bright. It has two buttons: "do not disturb" and "clean my room". The LED lights up the room in the night even when the buttons are not pressed. 3. the hotel seemed a bit too official to me. A lot of guests were in shirts and suits even during breakfast. Maybe this hotel is better suited for business trips, I can't find it cozy in any way.

beds swivel easily no brake and too easy to move. Maybe there is a way that at least the 2 beds stay together.
